Transactions

In connection with any transaction that you conduct through the HardPills.com Service (e.g., the purchase or sale of any products or services on or through the HardPills.com Service), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the transaction, including, without limitation, your credit card number and expiration date, your billing address, your shipping address, your phone number and/or your email address. All credit cards, debit cards, and other monetary transactions on or through the HardPills.com Service occur through an online payment processing application(s) accessible through the HardPills.com Service. This online payment processing application(s) is provided by HardPills.com’s third-party online payment processing vendor.

Jurisdictional Issues

The HardPills.com Service may only be used within the United States as described in our Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy, and our collection, use, and disclosure of your information, are governed by U.S. law.

Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not address or apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including, without limitation, the manufacturer of your mobile device, and any other third-party mobile application or website to which our HardPills.com Service may contain a link. These third parties may at times gather information from or about you. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website and application you visit and use.

Miscellaneous

We strive to use reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect information under our control. However, you must keep your HardPills.com Account password secure and your HardPills.com Account confidential, and you are responsible for any and all use of your HardPills.com Account. If you have reason to believe that the security of your HardPills.com Account has been compromised, please notify us immediately in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.

When using the HardPills.com Service, you may choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the features you are able to use or may prevent you from using the HardPills.com Service altogether.
